MIX INDUSTRY
MIX industry is our initiative to be a resource for local talent and boost queer independent cinema.
As the biggest and oldest queer film festival in the Nordics, MIX COPENHAGEN is also aspiring to become a gathering point for industry professionals, where local filmmakers can meet international professionals representing different queer film organisations, festivals, distributors and producers.
MIX COPENHAGEN has brought together the queer community of Copenhagen for the last 37 years, an achievement we’re immensely proud of. Our perpetual goal has been not only to bestow Copenhagen with the best queer cinema has to offer, but also to create spaces that cater to the needs of the local community. By hosting relevant industry events we believe we can strengthen MIX COPENHAGEN’s status on the queer film circuit, making the festival more beneficial to the local community and broader queer film industry.
