Join us for our Closing Ceremony with the screening of the heartfelt and touching film ‘Monica‘.
Sponsored by the Italian Cultural Institute of Copenhagen, the ceremony will be the perfect event to close down a flamboyant 38th edition of MIX Copenhagen.

Monica left her Midwestern hometown to transition years ago and feels like a stranger returning. Her mother, Eugenia, banished her the moment she came out as trans and there has been no attempt at reconciliation. Now, Eugenia has dementia and is close to death. When the family reunites, Monica navigates her place, relearning life in small-town America.
